Plant Operator – 4‑Shift Production

About the role

AGRANA is seeking a motivated Plant Operator to work in a 4‑shift production environment. You will be responsible for operating and monitoring the production line, ensuring product quality and adhering to safety and hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Independent operation of the production plant, monitoring the process and troubleshooting any disturbances.
• Ensuring product specifications are met, achieving planned production volumes and continuously optimizing the process.
• Compliance with quality, hygiene, cleanliness and order guidelines.
• Creating production protocols and documentation.

Required profile

• Completed apprenticeship or training in a technical field and/or experience in chemical‑technical production.
• Precise work style with high responsibility and quality awareness.
• Willingness to work flexible hours in a shift system.

Required skills

• Basic computer (EDV) knowledge.
• Technical understanding of production equipment.
