Sales Excellence Manager

About the role

AGRANA is seeking a Sales Excellence Manager to drive a market‑ and customer‑centric sales approach across its divisions. You will lead commercial transformation initiatives, develop sales methodologies and ensure consistent, high‑quality customer interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Support divisions in prioritising customer segments and defining go‑to‑market strategies.
• Lead workstreams within commercial transformation programmes, ensuring delivery and measurable impact.
• Develop and continuously improve sales methodologies, frameworks and tools along the customer journey.
• Establish common sales practices and standards to ensure consistent quality in customer interactions.
• Design and enhance sales performance management frameworks, including pipeline health, forecasting logic and KPIs.
• Monitor commercial performance indicators and derive improvement actions with divisions.

Required profile

• Completed higher education in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial excellence, sales excellence, strategy consulting or similar strategic and analytical roles.
• Strong track record in driving sales excellence and commercial transformation initiatives.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Proficiency with Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
