Pricing Excellence Manager

About the role

Join AGRANA’s Commercial Excellence department in Vienna as a Pricing Excellence Manager. You will shape and drive pricing strategies to boost profitability across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Drive pricing and margin improvement initiatives, aligning pricing with raw material dynamics.
• Analyze price, margin and customer performance, creating data‑driven models to identify profitability potential.
• Support implementation of pricing improvements such as price realization, discount structures, and segment differentiation.
• Act as a data‑driven sparring partner for sales and business leadership, providing fact‑based input for strategic pricing situations.
• Develop differentiated, segment‑based, value‑oriented pricing approaches aligned with market dynamics.

Required profile

• Higher education in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in pricing, commercial excellence, strategy consulting or similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with experience working with senior management.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
