Production Control (f/m/x)

About the role

Anton Paar ShapeTec, a leading high‑tech supplier of sheet‑metal, machining and mechatronic solutions, is seeking a Production Control professional. The role involves active capacity management, resource control and schedule coordination for manufactured products.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, control and monitor daily production activities.
• Handle material, resource and employee scheduling.
• Optimize internal production processes and conduct manufacturing analyses.
• Act as interface between production, engineering and sales.
• Support team leaders with organisational tasks and report to the production manager.

Required profile

• Technical education (HTL or Master Craftsman) focused on mechanical engineering and production technology.
• Several years of professional experience in machining and production planning/control.
• Proficiency with MS Office and an ERP system, preferably SAP.
• Independent, structured working style with strong commitment and team orientation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
