Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace Architect

About the role

Avanade, a joint venture between Microsoft and Accenture and the largest consulting firm for Microsoft technologies, is hiring a Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace Architect. The role combines high-level architecture and project management with active involvement in presales and customer interface work, mostly on site.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project goals with customers so that life-cycle processes can be built on them.
• Create innovative solutions and high-level architecture blueprints.
• Plan, budget and manage projects confidently using agile principles.
• Share knowledge of customer requirements with account, service and sales departments.
• Support presales and sales, for example by helping to create offers.
• Act as responsible owner of customer interfaces, acting as sub-project manager mostly on site.

Required profile

• Very good communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel (in consultation with the candidate).
• Fluent German and English (minimum level B2/C1).

What we offer

• Annual gross salary starting at EUR 50,000 on a full-time basis, under the IT Collective Agreement, depending on qualifications and experience.
