Manager, EU Market Support

About the role

Lead a small team of specialists to support local market teams across Europe during periods of disruption or opportunity. You will provide temporary planning and hands‑on assistance to ensure markets meet reliability, speed and customer‑satisfaction targets from a logistics perspective, with significant travel to priority markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a specialist team focused on market support.
• Assist markets facing competitive entry, seasonal demand spikes, or logistical challenges.
• Deliver temporary planning, operational support and solution implementation to meet on‑time and speed targets.
• Travel extensively across EU markets to act as the regional expert and drive effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to improve profitability and growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, performance management, PMO, consulting or operations excellence, preferably in technology, e‑commerce or logistics.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into recommendations.
• Proven project and program management skills driving cross‑functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication and storytelling experience preparing executive‑level presentations.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with data‑visualisation tools.
