Key Account Manager Oncology (West Region)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson (Janssen) is looking for a Key Account Manager for oncology in the West Region, based in Vienna. The role links the company with healthcare professionals such as doctors, key opinion leaders and nurses, promoting the optimal use of its products through in-label promotion, information and activities within the local stakeholder network, in line with applicable legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Main point of contact for healthcare professionals for products in the assigned region and therapeutic area
• Build and deepen therapeutic knowledge and ensure high-quality interactions with all relevant stakeholders
• Evaluate customer needs, build long-term partnerships and manage a defined territory and accounts
• Implement the national brand strategy locally and plan, organize and run customer activities and scientific events
• Coordinate internally with partners on communication with healthcare professionals, including off-label questions
• Document customer information, market developments and competitive activity in the CRM system (iConnect) and prepare PV reports
• Optimize the efficiency of customer activities and suggest improvements in local patient management
• Ensure full compliance with laws, J&J regulations and HCBI principles

Required profile

• Preferred: clinical experience and knowledge of oncology and hematology
• Ability to develop partnerships and work cross-functionally

What we offer

• Base pay of EUR 62,200 to 99,935
• Annual bonus or sales commissions depending on performance
