Key Account Manager Oncology (North Region, Upper and Lower Austria)

About the role

Janssen, part of Johnson & Johnson, is looking for a Key Account Manager for oncology covering the North region, Upper Austria and Lower Austria. The role acts as the main link between the company and healthcare professionals (doctors, key opinion leaders, nurses) to promote the optimal use of its products through in-label promotion, information and activities within the local stakeholder network, in line with legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Main point of contact for healthcare professionals for products in the assigned region and therapeutic area
• Build and deepen therapeutic knowledge and ensure high-quality interactions with all stakeholders
• Manage a defined territory and accounts, implementing the national brand strategy and in-label product promotion
• Plan, organize and run customer activities and scientific events, and coordinate internal partners on HCP communication
• Analyze product and market developments and document customer insights in the CRM system (iConnect)
• Report on product use, market trends and competitive activity, and optimize the efficiency of customer activities
• Ensure full compliance with laws, J&J regulations and HCBI principles

Required profile

• Strong account management, business acumen and networking skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to handle complex topics and build trust
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and give constructive feedback
• Proven experience using AI tools and hands-on experience creating and refining prompts
• Preferred: clinical experience, hematology and oncology knowledge, and product knowledge

• Base pay of EUR 62,200 to 99,935
• Annual bonus or sales commissions depending on performance
