Key Account Manager - Business Aviation

About the role

Avcon Jet, an international business aviation company, is looking for a Key Account Manager in Vienna. The main task is to build the long-term commercial success of an account, with customer needs as the top priority. You act as the single or first contact for aircraft owners and manage defined aircraft.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate owner flights and charter needs, maintenance dates and crew training
• Communicate with customers and owners and coordinate processes from acquisition to crew
• Build and strengthen customer relationships, support selling charters and create monthly performance reports, forecasts and financial statements
• Create new revenue streams and shape the economic operation of the aircraft

Required profile

• University entrance qualification or secondary school certificate with completed professional education
• Excellent reading and writing skills in English; additional languages are a plus
• High customer service orientation, problem-solving skills and stress tolerance
• Willingness to work mainly in the office with flexibility for varying schedules from home, including nights and weekends
• Unrestricted work permit for Austria and ability to travel worldwide

Required skills

• Experienced IT user in MS Office
• Interest in working with Salesforce

What we offer

• Total annual salary of EUR 35,000 to 45,000 plus bonus/commission, depending on qualification and added value
