Junior Charter Sales Manager

About the role

Avcon Jet, an international business aviation company, is looking for a motivated Junior Charter Sales Manager to join its Charter Sales team in a high-performance team. You will support the sales process of charter flights in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling environment, with guidance from experienced colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Support the team in managing the sales process of charter flights
• Assist in preparing offers and price calculations, and help process inquiries and orders
• Handle last-minute ad hoc flight requests around the clock, gradually taking on more responsibility
• Monitor sold flights with internal and external partners, answer emails and handle inbound and outbound calls
• Help build customer relationships and support invoicing and payment administration

Required profile

• Excellent reading and writing skills in English; an additional language is a plus, German A2 helps in everyday life in Vienna
• Passion for private aviation and a client-focused approach to premium customers
• Motivated, detail-oriented, collaborative and entrepreneurial, with strong communication and problem-solving skills and stress tolerance
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights and weekends
• Unlimited permit to live and work in Austria

Required skills

• Proficiency with IT tools such as Microsoft Office products
• Ability to work independently and on your own initiative
