IP Solution Manager

About the role

Huawei is looking for an IP Solution Manager based in Vienna. The role leads technical IP activities such as workshops, architecture, proposals and presentations, works closely with sales on account strategy and project delivery, and designs end-to-end IP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead IP technical engagements including workshops, architecture, proposals and presentations
• Partner with sales to define account strategy and ensure successful project delivery
• Create technical bid documents (RFP/RFQ, BoQ/BoM, scope and risk statements)
• Design end-to-end IP solutions (L2/L3, SR, QoS, security, HA)
• Define PoCs and pilots with clear acceptance criteria
• Turn customer feedback into product requirements
• Support go-to-market and business planning

Required profile

• Proven pre-sales or customer-facing technical experience
• Business mindset with strong communication skills, comfortable speaking to engineers and C-level executives
• Fluent English and German (mandatory)
• Eligible to work and live in Vienna; applications without a CV are not considered

Required skills

• Strong IP routing and switching expertise (BGP, OSPF/IS-IS, MPLS, EVPN/VXLAN, SR, QoS)
• Certifications such as CCNP/CCIE or JNCIP/JNCIE are an advantage
