International Key Account Manager - Travel

About the role

Red Bull is looking for an International On Premise Key Account Manager for its Global On Premise team in Elsbethen, Austria. You will drive Red Bull's presence across the Travel channel, from airlines, cruise lines and ferries to rail, bus, travel hubs and lounges, building strategic partnerships with global customers and developing the global strategy for the Travel channel.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the key contact for Red Bull's global Travel customers and build long-term partnerships with airlines, cruise lines, ferry, bus and rail operators, as well as travel hubs and lounges.
• Accelerate existing business, identify new opportunities and expand the distribution footprint through new sales drivers and partnerships.
• Lead agreement negotiations and drive execution, working closely with markets to activate global partnerships locally.
• Develop and drive the Global Travel Strategy, turning customer insights and market opportunities into actionable sales approaches and tools for the markets.
• Work hands-on with key markets, conduct market visits and develop plans to accelerate the Travel business.
• Support the development of national Travel customers with local Key Account Managers, adapting global strategies and tools to local realities.
• Share best practices and benchmarks across markets to highlight growth opportunities.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of Key Account Management experience in FMCG, ideally with national and/or international scope.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience in high-level negotiations and building long-term customer partnerships.
• Ability to develop and execute innovative, customer-centric strategies across different markets.
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills, able to collaborate across functions, markets and cultures.
• Fluent English; additional languages such as German are an advantage.

• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.

The stated minimum salary under the collective agreement is EUR 2,362 gross per month, though the actual pay is market-oriented and higher.
