International Key Account Manager - Retail

About the role

Red Bull is looking for an International Key Account Manager for its Global Off Premise Key Account Team, working on the Retail segment at the Global HQ in Salzburg, Austria. The role manages international key accounts, retail buying groups and purchasing alliances, and supports global channel and segment strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and coordinate with international key accounts, retail buying groups and purchasing alliances under the guidance of the retail key account lead, managing day-to-day business relationships with international customers and their markets.
• Champion a mindset of conditionality and profitability, and use customer and shopper data to turn insights into action.
• Drive and deploy global channel and segment strategies with market teams, run workshops and share best practices, and embody the Red Bull Key Account Framework globally and locally.
• Support the top 25 Red Bull countries in their strategic planning and annual business plans, and give hands-on support to selected countries on sales drivers and profitability.
• Support the expansion of Customer Profitability, Demand Planning and Value Chain analysis, and act as a sparring partner for Key Account Managers on country projects in revenue management, field sales and demand planning.
• Share expertise and foster collaboration across HQ and regional teams.

Required profile

• 7+ years of key account management experience, ideally in FMCG.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated team player with an analytical, innovative and solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English; another language such as German or French is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.

What we offer

• The stated minimum salary is €2,362 gross per month, but the actual pay is market-oriented and significantly higher.
