Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

As a Growth Marketing Manager at agrana, you will lead the digital marketing ecosystem for the Group, focusing on website, social media and newsletters to boost lead generation, customer engagement and commercial growth across divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and continuously develop the Group’s digital presence, ensuring an integrated website, social media and newsletter strategy.
• Design, execute and optimise cross‑channel digital campaigns that drive traffic, leads and conversions.
• Support the rollout of group marketing initiatives across digital, events, trade fairs and sales enablement touchpoints.
• Coordinate trade‑fair and event‑related marketing activities, aligning them with group messaging and campaigns.
• Track, analyse and improve performance metrics (traffic, engagement, leads, conversion) and integrate digital marketing with CRM and sales processes.

Required profile

• Higher education in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing Communications.
• Strong understanding of digital channels, campaign management and performance tracking.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Website management and optimisation.
• Social media and newsletter platform experience.
• Marketing analytics tools for performance measurement.
