Global Marketing Manager – Lead Function

About the role

AGRANA Fruit is seeking a motivated Global Marketing Manager to lead its worldwide marketing function from Vienna. You will shape strategy, drive product marketing and support business growth across the food and beverage sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute the global marketing strategy, including budget and resource management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Innovation and Category teams to deliver a business‑driven product marketing approach.
• Develop and launch global marketing campaigns and content that enhance customer experience.
• Establish lead generation and qualification processes to support new business growth.
• Act as the global functional lead for marketing, aligning local teams, governance and KPIs.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the B2B food industry.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder‑management skills in an international environment.
• Strong project‑management and strategic‑thinking capabilities.
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
