Global Flavor Portfolio Manager

About the role

Shape the future of taste on a global scale as the strategic architect of our international flavor ecosystem. You will drive harmonisation across the global supply chain, leverage cutting‑edge portfolio systems and bridge innovation, procurement and new product development.

Key responsibilities

• Build a transparent, harmonised global flavor portfolio that scales across international markets.
• Partner with global leaders to align stakeholders, secure buy‑in and deliver results for flavor portfolio management.
• Lead complex cross‑functional projects, including governance, risk, resource coordination and change management.
• Establish governance frameworks for the entire flavor lifecycle, from creation to optimisation and discontinuation.
• Curate and optimise global flavor libraries to accelerate new product development and speed‑to‑market.
• Serve as Global Process Owner for flavors, managing core enterprise tools such as SAP PLM.
• Define, monitor and elevate global flavor portfolio KPIs, providing actionable insights to executive leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Flavor Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of proven impact in the food, beverage or flavor industry.
• Hands‑on experience in flavor sourcing, sensory science or enterprise portfolio management.
• Strong cross‑functional influence and ability to manage global projects independently.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
