FP&A Data & Process Governance Specialist

About the role

Red Bull is strengthening its international team with a full-time FP&A Data & Process Governance Specialist in Fuschl am See, within the Finance Data & Process Governance function of the Global Data Department. The role secures process excellence and high data quality across the financial planning process, trains and supports the global finance community and ensures high-quality go-lives of planning developments and enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Support an effective, efficient and high-quality financial planning process and contribute to process improvements and technical changes.
• Design, support and co-develop planning process optimization initiatives.
• Ensure data consistency, integrity, accuracy, completeness and timeliness of financial planning data in Finance Systems, and improve financial planning validations.
• Deploy and roll out new planning developments and enhancements.
• Contribute to in-house consulting and development projects on financial planning, analysis and process optimization.
• Deliver international key user training within the Finance Academies and act as global point of contact for the Financial Planning process.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an FP&A position.
• Solid background in controlling and accounting and good understanding of financial processes.
• Proven track record in business process analysis and improvement initiatives.
• Ability to work with global planning solutions such as SAP BW Integrated Planning or Oracle Hyperion Planning is beneficial.
• System affinity, conceptual strength and ability to analyse solution delivery risks and impacts quickly.
• Attention to detail, organisational and analytical skills, and ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Effective communication with business and technical teams and global stakeholders.
