Electrical Hardware Engineer – Road Power Plant

About the role

We are looking for an Electrical Hardware Engineer to help bring a breakthrough road‑integrated power plant from prototype to global deployment. You will work in a fast‑growing GreenTech startup that converts existing road infrastructure into a renewable electricity source, shaping the future of clean‑energy infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical hardware, including complete PCB layouts, for scalable road power plants.
• Collaborate with mechanical, software, hydraulic and physics engineers to solve interdisciplinary challenges.
• Conduct testing, validation, and verification of prototypes to ensure performance and safety.
• Prepare hardware for production readiness, including documentation and supplier coordination.
• Iterate designs based on test results and feedback to improve efficiency and reliability.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience in hardware development and prototype testing.
• Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of projects, and move quickly in a startup environment.
• Strong communication skills for cross‑disciplinary teamwork.
