Data Centre Supervisor (m/f/d)

About the role

As a Data Centre Supervisor you will lead the on‑site technical team in Kronstorf, ensure smooth daily operations of the data centre and maintain professional relationships with customers. You will create a proactive, safe and high‑performing environment while driving continuous improvement of processes and workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and disciplinary leadership, support team development and foster a trust‑based working environment.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day data centre operations, manage service delivery, escalations and occupational safety.
• Plan shifts, allocate staff and equipment efficiently to ensure high utilization.
• Analyse KPIs, identify improvement potential and implement lean, sustainable processes.
• Communicate professionally with customers, represent the company and ensure service level agreements are met.
• Oversee facility‑related topics, ensure compliance with SOPs and maintain a safe, well‑organized workplace.

Required profile

• Flexible, resilient and confident in fast‑paced technical environments.
• Clear, professional communication skills, both internally and externally.
• Experience in logistics, data centres or white‑glove services is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of team dynamics, reporting structures and customer‑oriented processes.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office 365.
