Data Centre Associate – Entry Level

About the role

You will support daily operations of a modern data centre in Kronstorf, combining logistics tasks with practical technical work in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receiving, checking and storing IT hardware and data centre infrastructure components.
• Picking, packing and shipping equipment, spare parts and infrastructure components.
• Conducting inventory checks and supporting asset tracking and spare‑parts management.
• Transporting and positioning hardware within the data centre.
• Assisting with server rack installation and performing basic cabling tasks.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, operational and service‑level standards.

Required profile

• Structured, reliable and hands‑on way of working.
• Curiosity about technology and eagerness to learn new skills.
• English proficiency for daily communication; German is a plus.
• Team‑oriented attitude with a strong service mindset.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks and work in shifts.
