About the role

Join the Finance team at Austria Juice Group's headquarters in Kroellendorf as an experienced Controller. You will support closing activities, cost accounting, and financial analysis to drive business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly and annual closing, including production, sales and project controlling.
• Monitor and analyse financial and operational KPIs, conduct budget‑to‑actual comparisons and variance analyses.
• Prepare and present reports for business units and management, and support budgeting, forecasting and MTP processes.
• Develop cost accounting, profitability analysis and contribution margin reporting, and perform transfer‑pricing reviews for subsidiaries.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of controlling processes, reporting systems and financial transparency.

Required profile

• Completed commercial education or a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in Controlling or Finance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and solid knowledge of SAP (MM, FI, CO‑PA, PP).
• Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Analytical mindset, precise and independent working style, able to work under pressure.
