Chief Revenue Officer (German) – Remote, Full-time or Fractional

About the role

helloCash is looking for a Chief Revenue Officer who will define and execute the company’s marketing and go‑to‑market strategy across Europe. The role combines strategic product positioning, demand generation and close collaboration with the executive team to drive growth and product adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a scalable marketing and go‑to‑market strategy for multiple European markets.
• Position, launch and scale strategic product and solution offerings.
• Translate company strategy into clear marketing objectives, KPIs and roadmaps.
• Own brand building, content strategy, demand generation and full‑funnel awareness.
• Plan and execute localized campaigns across European markets.
• Align marketing and sales processes, ensuring smooth hand‑over of qualified leads.
• Lead, coach and develop a small Marketing & Sales team and manage external partners.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a marketing leadership role within a digital SaaS or technology‑driven environment.
• Proven track record in fast‑growing scale‑up companies.
• Strong understanding of digital business models, brand building, performance marketing and demand generation.
• Full professional proficiency in English and German.
