Associate Business Development - Junior Level (m/w/d)

About the role

Interpath Advisory is looking for a junior Associate Business Development professional based in Vienna. The role combines CRM, sales and pipeline ownership with client acquisition, event coordination and executive assistance, working closely with the Managing Director on sales initiatives and business development activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain leads, opportunities and customer data in Salesforce, monitor the sales pipeline and prepare reports and insights for management and service lines across the DACH region
• Conduct market and company research, identify potential clients and key stakeholders, and take ownership of initial outreach and follow-up on client meetings, primarily in Austria with a broader DACH scope
• Coordinate client events across the region together with client-facing teams and the central marketing team
• Support the Austrian management team with presentations, analyses and management materials, and handle office operations, external service providers and IT, procurement and administrative matters
• Coordinate and support the onboarding of new hires and guide them through company processes

Required profile

• Business-fluent German (C1+) and English (B2+)
• Structured, analytical mindset and proactivity with a sense of ownership
• Customer orientation and confidence in reaching out to new contacts and engaging C-level stakeholders
• Able to manage several responsibilities at once, including sales support, event coordination and office management

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
• Basic knowledge of Canva
