Anlagenfahrer:in (m/w/d) – 6/3 Shift Service

About the role

AGRANA is looking for a motivated plant operator to independently run production equipment, monitor the process and resolve any disturbances. The position works on a 6/3 shift schedule in a stable, team‑oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the production plant independently and control the manufacturing process.
• Ensure product specifications are met, achieve planned production volumes and continuously optimise the process.
• Maintain quality, hygiene, cleanliness and order according to company guidelines.
• Document production data in protocols and reports.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training in a technical field or relevant experience in chemical‑technical production.
• Strong sense of responsibility, high quality awareness and precise work style.
• Willingness to work flexible hours in a 6/3 shift model.

Required skills

• Basic computer (EDV) knowledge.
• Technical understanding of production equipment.
