Administration & Logistics Coordinator (Graz)

About the role

At Anton Paar you support customers from research, industry and quality control with high‑quality laboratory instruments. If you enjoy an autonomous role that combines vehicle tracking, purchase order handling and logistics coordination, this position offers a varied and hands‑on environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and maintain purchasing transactions in the ERP system.
• Coordinate deliveries, goods receipts and manage warehouse inventory.
• Organise and support all logistics‑related processes, including fleet procurement, leasing, maintenance and servicing.
• Provide administrative support for logistics and materials management.
• Contribute actively to day‑to‑day operational business.

Required profile

• Successfully completed education (apprenticeship, university of applied sciences or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 years professional experience in logistics or administration.
• Proficient use of digital tools and ERP systems.
• Independent, structured and results‑oriented working style.
• Professional appearance, strong teamwork skills and willingness to perform hands‑on physical work.
• Fluent German (C2) and good English skills.
