SEO Manager

About the role

This is an in‑house SEO lead position at a fast‑growing AI‑powered business communication SaaS company, responsible for the full search strategy across traditional engines and emerging AI‑driven results, focusing on the DACH region and international expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end SEO strategy and execution across DACH markets and international expansion.
• Define page structure and collaborate with website and engineering teams on technical SEO.
• Lead keyword research for traditional and AI‑generated search results.
• Commission or write SEO content to achieve top rankings.
• Manage a monthly SEO budget of €20,000‑€30,000 and oversee external agencies.

Required profile

• 5‑10+ years of SEO experience, preferably in tech or SaaS, with proven scale‑building results.
• International SEO expertise, especially for markets beyond the home region.
• Fluency in English and German for the DACH focus.
• Hands‑on experience managing SEO budgets and agency relationships.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven search and generative answer optimization is a strong plus.

What we offer
