(Senior) Manager – Data & AI Advisory Austria

About the role

Accenture is looking for an experienced Manager in Data & AI Advisory in Vienna to lead strategic engagements and help clients unlock the full potential of data and artificial intelligence. The role acts as a trusted advisor at executive level, shaping data-driven transformation strategies and designing frameworks that strengthen the advisory practice.

Key responsibilities

• Identify client challenges and shape pragmatic data and AI solutions with clear business impact
• Guide senior stakeholders on data strategy, data management and AI roadmaps aligned with business goals
• Bridge advisory and technology by understanding data and AI architectures and partnering with technical experts
• Advise on data governance, AI governance and responsible AI
• Build and enhance advisory methodologies, services and accelerators
• Contribute to industry insights and best practices, and mentor junior team members

Required profile

• Proven track record in data and AI, ideally with advisory or consulting experience delivering data strategy and AI transformation
• Strong background in data management, analytics and AI technologies
• Ability to articulate business value and advise C-level stakeholders
• Excellent communication, facilitation and negotiation skills with diverse senior stakeholders
• Fluency in German (C1) and strong written and spoken English
• University degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
