Programme Management Officer (Temporary)

About the role

The Programme Management Officer (temporary) will support the Programme Management Unit of the Corruption and Financial Crime Branch at UNODC in Vienna. Reporting to the senior Programme Management Officer, the role focuses on results‑based planning, monitoring and reporting of the branch’s programmes and donor‑funded activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage results‑based planning, monitoring and reporting for the CFB programme, including regular‑budget and extra‑budget activities.
• Maintain relationships with key donors, prepare and oversee implementation agreements with implementing partners.
• Collect, organise and analyse programme data and documentation to ensure transparent and traceable reporting.
• Develop and enhance the internet‑based monitoring and reporting application and related data‑collection tools.
• Produce timely narrative reports for corporate and donor reporting requirements.
• Support the development of methodology for data collection, surveys and impact evaluation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in results‑based management, monitoring and reporting of international programmes.
• Experience in donor relationship management and preparation of partnership agreements.
• Strong analytical abilities and familiarity with data‑driven decision‑making.
• Knowledge of anti‑corruption and financial‑crime frameworks is advantageous.
