Partner Development Manager - IP Network & Storage

About the role

Huawei is looking for a Partner Development Manager based in Vienna, Austria. The role manages channel partners for Huawei's IP network and storage solutions, supporting their sales and helping them grow in the Austrian market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and onboard new channel partners in the IP network and storage domain, and build long-term relationships with existing partners aligned with Huawei's strategy.
• Support partners in reaching sales targets for IP network and storage solutions such as campus and data center switches, WLAN, SAN/NAS storage and backup storage.
• Provide partners with training, tools and resources to sell Huawei solutions.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs in Austria to develop channel strategies and drive go-to-market initiatives, including joint marketing campaigns and customer engagement.
• Monitor partner performance, set KPIs and regularly report on partner activity, sales performance and pipeline status.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma; a degree in Business Management, Marketing, ICT or a related field is an advantage.
• At least 3 years of sufficient experience.
• In-depth understanding of IP network and storage technologies.
• Strong knowledge of channel sales models and partner ecosystems in the ICT industry.
• Understanding of local market dynamics and the regulatory environment in Austria for enterprise IT and networking infrastructure.
• Experience with channel incentive programs, partner lifecycle management and CRM tools.
• Fluent English and German are mandatory.
• Eligibility to work and live in Vienna.
