Junior Solution Manager - Telecommunications

About the role

Huawei is looking for a Junior Solution Manager in Vienna, Austria. The role provides tailored technical solutions and solution optimisations for new and key customers, with a focus on the telecommunications industry (radio network, transmission, IP, core network and IT solutions). It is part of Huawei's Fresh Graduate Program.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies and product roadmaps to extend market share.
• Work with Account Management and other departments to ensure successful project deliveries.
• Analyse technical demands, product functions and related licenses.
• Support project bidding by preparing BOMs and quotations and maintaining project documentation.
• Track industry trends, seize market opportunities and plan summits and exhibitions to strengthen the brand.
• Follow internal processes according to SOPs, track purchases and orders, and become an expert in business negotiations to improve contract quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in STEM; basic knowledge of the telecommunications industry and first-hand experience is an asset.
• Hands-on mentality, eagerness to learn, teamwork and good communication skills.
• Able to work full-time under pressure and in a diverse, cross-cultural organisation.
• Fluent spoken and written English and German.
• Eligible to work and live in Vienna.
