Online Shop & Customer Relations Traineeship

About the role

Lomography is seeking a motivated photography enthusiast to support its Online Shop & LomoLAB team in Vienna. The trainee will work across sales, creative and lab functions, gaining hands‑on experience in e‑commerce and customer relations.

Key responsibilities

• Help manage day‑to‑day operations of the online shop, including customer support and order processing.
• Assist with returns, exchanges and refunds for direct‑channel customers.
• Support product testing and photo/video shoots with in‑house teams.
• Contribute to optimizing product and category pages.
• Aid the LomoLAB team with film development and scanning tasks during busy periods.

Required profile

• Very good communication skills and fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
• Strong interest in photography and good camera knowledge.
• Well‑organized, detail‑oriented and curious about new work areas.
• Solution‑focused, proactive and able to work independently.
• Experience in customer service, retail, blogging, copy‑writing or similar fields is a plus.

Required skills

• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
