Key Account Manager – Practices

About the role

nyrahealth is expanding its sales engine to grow the impact of its digital neurological rehabilitation solutions. As a Key Account Manager for Practices, you will own the end‑to‑end acquisition of therapeutic practices in Austria or Germany, turning interest into active use of the myReha app.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and win new therapeutic practices and doctors, managing the full sales cycle from cold contact to signed contracts.
• Own and develop your territory as a mini‑business, mapping prospects, prioritising leads and steering by your own pipeline and KPIs.
• Build lasting relationships with practice owners, ensuring long‑term engagement and adoption of myReha.
• Activate signed practices through hands‑on support, field experiments and rapid onboarding.
• Collaborate with Partnerships, Insurance and Marketing teams to amplify the practice channel.

Required profile

• 5+ years of field or outbound B2B sales experience with a proven hunter track record.
• Strong ability to quickly understand new markets and adapt sales pitches, even without prior healthcare experience.
• Professional German proficiency (C1+) and comfortable working in English.
• Proactive, pragmatic and skilled at building rapport and closing deals.

Required skills

• Use of AI tools for account research, personalised outreach, call preparation and CRM management.
