GTM Engineer – Lead Generation & Outbound Specialist

About the role

This hands‑on GTM Engineer position is with a fast‑growing AI SaaS company that helps SMEs across Europe acquire customers. You will own the systems and processes that drive acquisition, working at the intersection of sales, marketing and product.

Key responsibilities

• Build and scale lead‑generation workflows using tools such as Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly and Smartlead.
• Research, enrich and qualify leads from multiple data sources and APIs.
• Develop and optimise outbound campaigns with the founding team, covering targeting, messaging and deliverability.
• Automate sales and marketing processes with AI‑assisted SaaS tooling.
• Analyse funnel, conversion and campaign data to continuously improve performance.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to feed GTM insights back into the product roadmap.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience building or operating lead‑generation systems, outbound campaigns or GTM infrastructure at scale.
• Proven experience with modern GTM platforms such as Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly or Smartlead.
• Native German proficiency and fluent English, with experience targeting German‑speaking segments.
• Background in B2B SaaS growth, preferably early‑stage or hyper‑growth environments.

What we offer

• Salary range €65,000 – €95,000 per year.
