Global HRIS Specialist

About the role

Red Bull is strengthening its HRIS team by hiring a Global HRIS Specialist to work with experts and managers in the global HRIS department. Acting as an interface between HR and IT, you will develop processes and solutions using advanced technologies while supporting colleagues across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and further develop HR processes and tools within your area of responsibility, working closely with your manager and stakeholders.
• Act as the first point of contact for questions in your area and coordinate, with the IT department, the resolution of incidents and new requirements.
• Manage enhancement projects and change requests in line with Red Bull methodologies and standards, coordinating stakeholders to improve the HRIS landscape.
• Maintain clear documentation for HRIS tools and processes and provide on-demand training for HR colleagues.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of professional experience as an HRIS Specialist, preferably through international HR projects in an HR department with a strong IT interface.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, HR or a related field.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work with a range of stakeholders, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of and experience with SAP HR, SuccessFactors or another HR information system.
• Project management and application maintenance experience, ideally in a regional or international organisation.
• Experience supporting new system rollouts is an advantage.

The stated minimum salary under the collective agreement is EUR 2,362 gross per month, though the actual pay is described as market-oriented and significantly higher.
