Financial Administration Analyst

About the role

The Financial Administration Analyst provides analytical and technical support to the Financial Administration Unit of the OPEC Fund. The role assists the Director of Financial Administration in managing loan documentation, client portal data, and coordination of internal and external communications.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and communicate loan‑related documents, including debit/credit advice and disbursement reports.
• Manage borrower data, authorized signatory lists, and contact information in SAP/CML.
• Administer the OPEC Fund Client Portal, registering borrowers, users, and focal points.
• Handle incoming correspondence, mail, and document management systems, ensuring proper logging and distribution.
• Facilitate meetings, take minutes, and support travel logistics for the Director and team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration, Management or a related field.
• Minimum three years of relevant professional experience, including at least one year in an international development finance institution.
• Fluent English; working knowledge of Arabic, French or Spanish is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
