Chief Revenue Officer (German-speaking, Remote)

About the role

helloCash, a cloud-based POS system serving more than 30,000 customers across Europe, is looking for a Chief Revenue Officer fluent in German. You will shape and run the marketing strategy in line with company goals, working closely with the Executive Team, Product and Sales & Support so that marketing drives growth, market penetration and product adoption. The role is remote and can be taken as 100% FTE or fractional.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a scalable marketing and go-to-market strategy for multiple European markets
• Position, launch and scale strategic product and solution offerings
• Translate company strategy into marketing objectives, KPIs and roadmaps
• Own brand building, content strategy, demand generation and awareness across the full funnel
• Plan and execute localized campaigns and communicate product value clearly
• Structure, manage and optimize the funnel from awareness to conversion, ensuring quality lead flow
• Align Marketing and Sales processes, messaging and targets, and guide a future Sales team member
• Manage external partners such as agencies, freelancers and tools
• Own marketing budget planning, forecasting, controlling and performance reporting
• Lead, coach and develop a small Marketing & Sales team

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in a marketing leadership role in a digital, SaaS or technology-driven environment
• Proven experience in a fast-growing, scaling company
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digitalization or equivalent relevant experience
• Full professional proficiency in English and German
