About the role

As a Senior AI Software Engineer at Bosch in Linz, you will create autonomous AI agents that automate complex business and engineering processes across the product life‑cycle. You will work on cutting‑edge multi‑agent systems that integrate large language models with Bosch’s enterprise IT landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement agentic automation for business and engineering workflows, replacing manual routines with reliable AI‑driven solutions.
• Own the architecture and delivery of highly scalable multi‑agent systems, using both low‑code orchestration platforms (e.g., n8n, Copilot Studio) and rich‑code frameworks (Python with LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, MCP).
• Integrate LLMs with existing enterprise systems, engineering tools, and data pipelines to build robust autonomous services.
• Ensure clean, maintainable code through consistent design patterns, test‑driven development (TDD), and solid software architecture.
• Collaborate with domain experts, data engineers, and developers in an international, interdisciplinary team to deliver production‑grade software.
• Mentor colleagues, conduct code reviews, and share knowledge across the team.
