Stellenbeschreibung
About the role
Based on‑site at our location in Linz, Austria, you will join our team to build the autonomous systems that reshape how Bosch Power Solutions works. We develop AI agents that take over complex business and engineering processes end to end, and we apply intelligent automation where traditional software reaches its limits.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement agentic automation for business and engineering processes across the product life‑cycle, replacing manual routines with autonomous, reliable, observable AI workflows.
- Own the architecture and implementation of complex, highly scalable multi‑agent systems, using both low‑code orchestration platforms (e.g., n8n, Copilot Studio) and rich‑code frameworks (Python with LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, MCP).
- Integrate large language models with existing enterprise IT systems, engineering tools, and data pipelines to build robust agentic solutions.
- Maintain clean, maintainable code and solid software architecture, applying design patterns, best practices, and test‑driven development.
- Collaborate with domain experts, data engineers, and developers in an international interdisciplinary team to deliver production‑grade software projects.
- Share knowledge, review code, mentor colleagues, and stay informed about product engineering, production processes, and data analytics.
Required profile
- Self‑reliant, proactive team player who takes ownership and is passionate about autonomous systems and reliable production engineering.
- Several years of professional experience in backend or full‑stack development with proven hands‑on experience building agentic AI systems.
- Strong knowledge of Python (AsyncIO, FastAPI, Pytest, typing, packaging); TypeScript/Node.js a plus, Go an advantage.
- Experience designing modular software, data modeling/validation (Pydantic, JSON Schema) and data manipulation (pandas).
- Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL), vector databases and RESTful API design.
- Hands‑on with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, ArgoCD), containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Informatics or comparable field, or Austrian HTL degree with relevant experience.
- Proficient English communication; German and Portuguese are a plus.
