Individual Contractor – Anti-Corruption (GLOZ99)

About the role

The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) is seeking an Individual Contractor to support the political party financing component of its Global Programme against Corruption (GLOZ99). Working remotely under the supervision of the OIC of TSS/CEB/DTA, the contractor will help ensure transparency and integrity in political financing across partner countries.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of programme activities with implementing partners in Africa, Latin America and Asia‑Pacific.
• Develop and follow monthly work plans, monitor progress and ensure timely implementation.
• Prepare donor reports and contribute to the programme’s reporting obligations.
• Collaborate closely with focal points on political party financing and other CFB officers.
• Support the preparation of technical tools and best‑practice guidance for member states.

Required profile

• Proven experience in anti‑corruption, political finance or related international development work.
• Familiarity with the United Nations Convention against Corruption (UNCAC) and its implementation mechanisms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
