German‑Speaking Junior Online Ads Sales Manager – Barcelona

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Junior Online Ads Sales Manager to join our team in Barcelona. You will work with German‑based advertisers and agency partners to drive growth through Google Ads solutions, helping clients maximise their ROI across the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively engage new and existing advertisers, building strong relationships and identifying business needs.
• Consult, upsell and optimise Google Ads, AdSense and YouTube campaigns to improve performance and increase ad spend efficiency.
• Provide strategic digital‑marketing advice to ensure clients achieve maximum impact from their advertising investment.
• Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to revenue growth.
• Guide clients through campaign setup, optimisation and expansion via phone, video calls and email.

Required profile

• Native‑level German (C2/C1) and fluent English.
• At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, PPC or media buying.
• Strong consultative selling approach with a data‑driven mindset.
• Passion for technology, online advertising and evolving marketing trends.
