Work Preparation Specialist (f/m/x)

About the role

Would you like to use your structured way of working to ensure smooth processes in our assembly operations? Join our Work Preparation team and help create the organisational framework for efficient assembly.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, print and provide production documents and labels.
• Handle order completion and order settlement.
• Process and clarify deviations in close coordination with Production Planning and Manufacturing.
• Create, maintain and optimise routings and bills of materials (BOMs) in SAP.

Required profile

• Completed technical or commercial education (e.g., apprenticeship, commercial college, technical college) with a focus on production, logistics or work preparation.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage.
• Good SAP skills, particularly in PP and MM, or experience with other ERP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Structured, accurate and independent way of working with a strong sense of quality and responsibility.
• Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, enjoying collaboration with different departments.
