About the role

As a Visual Merchandise Responsible at Levi Strauss & Co., you will help maintain the brand’s image and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a dynamic retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain Levi’s brand image by following Visual Merchandising guidelines.
• Ensure product displays are well presented and tagged to meet store sales targets.
• Train store associates on Levi’s visual standards.
• Provide top‑level customer service.
• Send regular feedback to Head Office using VMR checklists and photos.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi’s brand and its values.
• Relevant visual merchandising experience.
• Ability to understand and follow VM guidelines and sales reports.
• Creative, trend‑aware, and disciplined with time and deadlines.
• Capable of advising on commercial VM ideas to improve results.
