Technician – Warehouse Maintenance

About the role

As a Technician you will own the maintenance and reliability of warehouse equipment and infrastructure. You will perform preventive maintenance, resolve breakdowns, and ensure compliance with safety standards, directly supporting smooth fulfillment center operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own maintenance and repair of technical equipment such as automation, conveyors, racks, and infrastructure.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in all facility activities.
• Provide input to facility inspections, reporting, and technical documentation.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives to strengthen facility reliability.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical maintenance or facility operations.
• Strong problem‑solving and crisis‑handling ability.
• High reliability, attention to detail, and safety awareness.
• Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Technical High School qualification.
