Talent Acquisition Specialist – German Fluency (Austria)

About the role

Avomind is a recruiting firm connecting high-performing people with fast-growing companies, with teams in Germany, the UK, the Americas and Indonesia. It is growing its Talent Acquisition team and is looking for someone fluent in German to join, working 100% remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to outbound and inbound recruitment strategies together with management
• Run direct outbound sourcing via LinkedIn, Xing, GitHub, Google X-Ray and similar channels
• Screen candidates by phone and assess their fit for the roles
• Manage interview logistics with Project Managers and Client Managers
• Advise managers on the candidate landscape and trends
• Own the candidate experience

Required profile

• At least 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in an agency or sales-oriented environment
• Fluent English and German; other languages are an advantage
• Goal-oriented, agile, team-oriented and growth-minded
