Supply Planner – Manage Stock & Supplier Relations

About the role

As a Supply Planner at waterdrop®, you will turn demand forecasts into actionable supply plans, ensuring the right stock is in the right place at the right time. This hands‑on role offers ownership of a product portfolio and close collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Translate demand forecasts into supply plans and maintain optimal inventory across warehouses.
• Create, adjust, and track purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers to manage lead times and resolve delays.
• Monitor inbound shipments and inventory health, balancing availability with shelf‑life requirements.
• Support product launches and phase‑outs, working with Demand Planning, Production, Order Management and Commercial teams.
• Identify supply risks early and drive corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Analyse supply‑planning KPIs, root‑cause issues and continuously improve processes and tools.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in supply planning, material planning, production planning or S&OP.
• Strong analytical mindset with a detail‑oriented, structured approach.
• Hands‑on mentality, high ownership and clear communication skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
