Supply Operations Manager

About the role

The Supply Operations Manager will orchestrate third‑party customer supply operations, ensuring seamless execution from order placement through shipment and invoicing. This role works across global functions and international stakeholders to drive operational excellence and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end workflow for third‑party customer orders, from purchase order through shipment and invoicing.
• Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration to ensure delivery, revenue recognition and customer commitments.
• Partner with global teams to implement operational solutions and communicate delivery plans.
• Lead process‑improvement initiatives and maintain standardized execution checklists.

Required profile

• 10+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience with strong knowledge of supply chain, supply planning and order fulfilment.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and manage stakeholders.
• University degree in Business Administration, Natural Sciences, Pharmacy or equivalent.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with strong ownership.

• SAP (key user experience)
