Supply Chain Manager – Order Management B2B

About the role

As a Supply Chain Manager focusing on B2B order management, you will own the end‑to‑end fulfilment process for waterdrop®’s key growth channels. You will ensure timely, accurate and cost‑efficient execution of customer orders while continuously improving operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee on‑time, accurate and cost‑effective order fulfilment across all B2B channels.
• Monitor order progress end‑to‑end, proactively resolve issues and meet agreed service levels (SLAs).
• Identify inefficiencies in workflows, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Analyse fulfilment and assembly performance using defined KPIs and derive actionable insights.
• Align cross‑functional stakeholders on priorities, capacity planning and execution road‑maps.
• Contribute to the development of standardized warehouse management processes.
• Utilise forecasts to drive timely fulfilment operations.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of professional experience in supply chain management, preferably in FMCG.
• Proven track record in project management and process improvement.
• Hands‑on experience with digital Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong analytical abilities and experience building operational reports.
• Degree in a relevant field, preferably with a supply‑chain focus.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
