Software Engineer Internship – Summer 2027

About the role

Software Engineer Interns at Sentry write real code on production projects, either on an SDK team or the Ingest backbone. The 12‑plus‑week hybrid internship treats you like a full‑time engineer, pairing you with a manager and mentor.

Key responsibilities

• Be matched with an SDK, Product, or Ingest team based on your interests and experience.
• Design, develop, and ship a programming solution that delivers real value to customers.
• Receive meaningful feedback, coaching, and mentorship from your manager and teammates.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Computer Science or related undergraduate/graduate program.
• At least one prior internship or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Experience collaborating on an engineering project with a team.
• Solid grasp of algorithms and data‑structure fundamentals.
• Proficient in Python, JavaScript, or a similar dynamic language.
• Comfortable using GitHub for branching, pull requests, and code review.
• Available to start summer 2027 and relocate to Vienna for the internship.
