Service Channel Manager

About the role

Huawei Europe is seeking a Service Channel Manager to lead and grow relationships with key channel partners in Vienna, Austria. The role focuses on aligning partner activities with Huawei’s strategic objectives, ensuring smooth distribution and high performance across the telecom and consumer electronics portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and develop relationships with key channel partners, supporting internal and external communication.
• Manage distribution processes including partner certification, target setting, performance checks, BP reviews, rebate follow‑up and PSI data management.
• Track and communicate performance metrics, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Lead partner development initiatives such as training organization, coordination of marketing events and resource alignment.
• Collaborate with other departments and handle channel‑related tasks as required.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in channel development or management.
• Excellent English (negotiation level); Mandarin or German is a plus.
• Strong relationship‑building, communication and presentation abilities.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented and results‑driven mindset.
• Experience in consumer electronics or PV industry channels is advantageous.
