Senior SAP Industry Cloud Architect Retail (f/m/x)

About the role

Netconomy is looking for a Senior SAP Industry Cloud Architect with a retail focus to design and implement end‑to‑end retail solutions on the SAP Industry Cloud portfolio. You will help clients transition from fragmented landscapes to integrated processes across stores, e‑commerce and supply chains using SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and SAP Industry Cloud.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise retail processes such as order management, basket sourcing, omnichannel pricing and POS integration.
• Drive ERP transformation initiatives with a fit‑to‑standard, simple and scalable approach.
• Lead workshops with business stakeholders from retail, e‑commerce and supply chain to analyse requirements and challenge existing processes.
• Translate business needs into structured, scalable SAP solutions and integrate them into SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
• Support testing, go‑live and rollout activities while ensuring high quality and user adoption.
• Act as a trusted advisor on leveraging ERP and Industry Cloud as strategic enablers for modern retail models.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of the Retail ERP & Industry Cloud capability.
• Stay up‑to‑date with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Industry Cloud developments, retail trends and ERP best practices.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience as an SAP consultant, preferably in retail or consumer‑facing industries.
• Strong understanding of retail business processes, especially order management, sourcing, availability and omnichannel pricing.
• Ability to work independently, lead workshops and communicate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
